California Storms: What are Swell users in CA experiencing?
And just how are you coping with the storms that are just epic, something that I don't know, that I've seen, especially not lately. So please share your story on what's going on in California

I was on my way to Orange County the other day, stuck in traffic for about 30 minutes and when we came across the incident, there was a man that was killed in a car accident and was very sad, made me cry. I was in Orange County two days ago, a couple of days ago, and walked from a restaurant to my car, tried to get in and felt like someone was pouring buckets of rain on my head. My whole seat got soaked. So I have been safe

So it lasted for just a little bit and then it kind of lightens up and then another wave comes in. So this is how it's been hitting us. As I say, I'm a native California and I've seen this before in the past. It kind of goes we have our cycles. Actually I kind of joke that we have seasons, not like winter, summer, spring, fall, but we basically have floods and earthquakes and fires

Hey, thanks for the question. It's really nice to hear everybody's responses. And I am mid city Los Angeles, and it's been totally fine here. We're not near any hills. The drainage systems here are fine. I have one leak in my living room, and the roofer came within a couple of hours. But I think this is such an indicator that we don't have a smart way to capture, sure, this rain
To give you a perspective how much rain I'm talking about here, I have a black bin, like a storage container that you buy at Target sitting outside of my place right now in the entire bucket, filled to the top in not even a handful of hours. And in the city that I live in, there's a pretty decent infrastructure, I would say, to deal with rainflow, making sure that it gets to the river

So, yeah, this is cute. Wanted to share it and enjoying what everybody has to say in the different areas and we're all doing our best. And the sun's been shining, so we've enjoyed that. And hopefully we'll be able to be kay Saturday and it's not too bad

I completely agree. This rain and storms in California in the West Coast is totally no joke. We live in the SoCal Mountains and we get a lot of snow up here as a result. And also rain. But what worries me is, like, we get a lot of mudslides, road closures, rock falls and stuff like that. So I like the weather, but this needs to be a little bit more safe, at least from my perspective. Thanks for posting

See that there's a f****** sharps bin for people that use f****** heroin. Addicts are allowed to go in there and just put it in there. And then you go outside and the f****** windows broken on your car and someone's trying to hold you up for money. And over there, the police aren't allowed to do anything
