#TellYourStory | What are you engineering for a change in 2024?

This is a prompt that is about our New Year's commitment. But stay with me here because I'm bringing up the beaver. So I'm linking you to an article about how they are bringing beavers back to a certain area in California to help the tribal waters with a conservation effort

A lot of the humans, the stories, the narratives that I had the privilege of sitting before, and also with just this larger macro pulse of what is the aftermath of the pandemic, which I know has been a constant and consistent conversation here on this platform. But I remember recently when the surgeon general came out and said that loneliness is an american epidemic. And when I think surgeon general, I think smoking causes cancer and kills

Hey, Diana, you really struck a chord in me with the idea of empathy being a project in and of itself, even though it's something that feels so ephemeral. But having empathy as a working operating system, and what are the ingredients to put that into play? How do we make that actionable, specifically, when you're sensitive to the epidemic of loneliness?

#tellyourstory Making a major life and career change #coaching #entrepreneur

I actually have a few clients now that I'm working with, and it's opened up a totally different world for me, and it's a world that gives me autonomy, and it also gives me a sense of knowing that I'm helping people improve their lives, and it's something that I want to continue into for the next few decades and really make an impact on people's lives and maybe be their careers and their families. And those areas mean a lot to me

Time plus consistency equals results; dont stress over not seeing whatever results you want; it snowballs over time. KEEP GOING AND NEVER QUIT

Well, you know, sometimes maybe, but usually it is the snowballed results of tiny things done daily and tiny things done consistently. Time plus consistency equals results. I'll say it a million times over. It's one of my mottos. Little story here. Back in 2020, I was well over 100 pounds overweight and I was very sick, I was very tired. I didn't know. I thought something was terribly wrong with me. Went to my doctor, got diagnosed with diabetes

Wow. That is a mic drop. Be consistent. Never quit. And you've been up and down that mountain so many times, literally and figuratively. What a beautiful response to this prompt. You know, it is about the engineering of not just the action itself, but the mindset that helps the action. Really be consistent and take hold. Old wow. Very impressed with this. And your whole story is magnificent. Thank you so much for sharing. Bye

You. Mindset really is everything. If you think you can or you think you can't. Either way, you're right. Mindset is 100% everything

When we stand up and say, yeah, we're going to cut trees down with our teeth and drag them through the forest, and we're going to change water flow, and we're going to keep this area damp and get that flowing over there. And none of you all are doing this, but this is what we do. They elevate every species around them. So, as I know you've heard, because we've interacted on this, I am obsessed with how humans make transformative change
