MLb Opening Day

article image placeholderUploaded by @cwt302
It's about twice the length of the NBA and NHL, and with a season that bears on that long, I find it difficult to truly get excited about any individual game. So I think that that's probably where a lot of my personal disconnect with baseball comes in. That being said, there is nothing like being in a ballpark, especially on a spring or summer day, enjoying the views, especially a lot of the ballparks that follow

Baseball is back, and it feels like spring’s return. #mlb #baseball #80mins

It because I think in football, basketball, hockey, you really need to build that momentum to get a champion. Michael Jordan, even the great Michael Jordan had to punch through the Pistons for years to get to his championship. Wayne Gresky had to punch through the New York Islanders to get to the World Stanley Cup. So it really does kind of build up over time, but not in baseball. Baseball every season is completely different from the last

It's been a little crazy with the pandemic in the previous years to be able to go, and I just love baseball and the pitch clock. It's speeding up the games now. I kind of like that because sometimes these games were dragging on forever and I kind of dig it. Although there have been some bogus calls about the pitch clock. Let's just talk cody Bellinger, that was really stupid for them to go

@MHNmaven @cwt302 Went to a game and loved the clock!

When you're not seeing where the fielders are actually lined up and you see somebody hit something extremely hard and you think it's going to be a double, triple, maybe. And it's an out because half of the players are over on one side of the field. So not seeing that, maybe you get more batters on base. And I do like the fact that they made the bases bigger. So we actually saw a bunch of stolen base attempts and that was fun to watch
