You. Hey. Happy Wednesday. Did you stretch yet today? I am always asking my clients if they stretched and if they want me to send them some stretch videos. If they need help stretching. We need to move our bodies and so many of us get too busy and don't remember. So I'm here to ask you, did you stretch today? And I would love your feedback and let me know if you did and what you did and how it made you feel

I'm very excited, very committed, and I'm going to make sure I show any results here on Swell because I want people to know it's actually a thing. We have digital Wellness Day on May 5. It's an international day. They're not doing too much to promote it, but it is a day, and we're participating. So for sure, let's be active on Friday and get people to ask questions of each other and keep us going. Thank you so much
Hey, cristi. I love this reminder. I was a gymnast for 13 years, so I used to stretch all the time. And then I became an instructor and then I was teaching people how to stretch and stretching with them multiple times a day. And it's something that I still do. And my husband has so many aches and pains sometimes, and I just tell him, why don't you stretch and see how you feel? Especially when I'm not feeling good

A great question, Deb, about cholesterol and Lymph flow. I was just actually reading some articles because I found that fascinating and I wanted to do a little research before I spoke to make sure what I was saying was actually making sense. And there's been some studies and Lymph system carries pretty high in lipid carry as well as blood. It's a little bit higher. I think it says cholesterol in the Lymph is 30% greater than in the blood

You. Hi. I really enjoyed your little talk. And regarding stretching, I haven't stretched in a while because I've had some minor surgeries, but I need to get back to it. I used to be a gym rat. It's been a year, but you have motivated me. I am going to start stretching

Hey, Christy. Thank you. You know, the Lymphatic system is so key. I know that. And now that I know it's a drainage system. So thank you for that, like, specific visual. I'm going to make sure I stick to my jumping jacks in addition to all the other things I do. And I'll read up on that article. Thank you so much. You're such a great resource
