People that motivate and inspire in business and really want people to succeed will tell people, you're going to have mental health days, you're going to have lows, you're going to have all of those things, but you're going to learn so many lessons out of it. Fear has no domain, only optimism in the journey of lifestyle and business, in the way that you want to obtain it the way you see it for yourself

You're trying to really give us the confidence to know that just the mindset can change things, and mindsets are just a matter of rethinking, retooling, just doing it about face and looking at something through a new lens.
