Do you have the Habit of Distraction?

Hi, everyone. It's Chloe here. As you may know, I'm a certified Digital Wellbeing coach and today I wanted to talk to you about the habit of distraction and whether you have it. Distractions are extremely present online to the point where sometimes we open social media because we wanted to post something or message someone. And by the time we were there, we completely forget what we opened it for in the first place

It's a consciousness, and someone in your position probably knows so many ways to help people mitigate those moments that are going to be explosively distracting because we didn't take care of our digital habits well. And I think we all need to learn that over and over and over again. I'm so happy you're here. Thank you

But I try as much as I can throughout the day, throughout the week, that I'm working on something in particular to be open to the ways in which things that I don't think are relevant are trying to call my attention to themselves. Because I find that often if I turn and walk in a slightly different direction, it can lead me to something that's really interesting and pleasurable
