Do you slow down enough to ensure your actions and decisions are anchored in reality vs assumptions & initial impulses?
I find when I'm coaching people that there are times because everyone is moving so fast, seemingly like we are living life in the fast lane. And so what I find when I'm coaching people in the context of work is that what is happening a lot of the time is that people are deciding what action to take, whether that is reacting in the moment to an email or a text message or if it is in a meeting. And you and your team are working on a project

It becomes challenging because that's the industry requirement. But then also from a leadership perspective and from a growth perspective, nothing can be stagnant for too long. So you would have to slow down at some point. And I've never been really able to address that issue from that perspective

Hey, Christine. Great topic and knit in. Great response. I think we're challenged by a world that doesn't have a reward system for this kind of thinking. I also think that when you have to rewire yourself completely, you need sort of reasons to do that. So I think think hearing the logic of what you're saying is part one and then in part two is building out a system to enable you to practice and live into this idea
