No one is coming with anything to change the dynamics of what is wrong. I did not saying that you can't. But at this point, it's not really even an option. It's not even something that people consider or even talk about at this point. And that's damning. As much as they are open to that process, may they also be open to softer voices coming in with questions and thoughts and feelings. And I think that really rounds out what a great opportunity it is to swell cast and to create dialogue. As opposed to when we podcast, it's a one way conversation, but when we swell cast, it's a two way, three way, four way, ten way, and it really opens the possibility of growth and learning and sharing
