Good morning. Today I wanted to come in here and talk to you about starting my own child care center. I live in the state of Florida, so I don't know what the rules, regulations, any of that is to get started. I don't want a home center. I want my own center in a building. And I don't want to have to pay any monthly rent to a landlord. I want the billing to be mine and mine only
