A YA reccomandation with a trans protagonist

And I want to see more stories like that. And so I'm just curious how you felt about the reveal or the way in which the backstory of Jam being Trans was handled. If that books for you, it's you felt like you wanted the story to be more about that or less or just any thoughts on that.…"

What did you think of the reveal of Jam being trans?

"…But I think they wanted to just put out this character who was trans, and it was completely accepted by everyone, and they never came up against any adversity because of their transness specifically. And I think that it's just handled beautifully and it's just seamless, and it really doesn't matter. It's not a huge part of our character. It's just something that affects the protagonist past. And I just think that's lovely. It was seen really for me.…"
