You. The only thing that gets me through troubled times is prayer. Psalm 102. The psalmist says, hear my prayer, lord. Let my cry for help come to you. And then he goes on to say, for the Lord will rebuild Zion and appear in his glory. He will respond to the prayer of the destitute. He will not despise their plea. Let this be written for future generations that a people not yet created may praise the Lord

Hello. I think for me it's the faith, it's my self belief and the trust that I place in the universe, in the almighty that how it has always taken care of me, it will obviously take care of me now as well. And I always believe that I did not come this far, just to come this far. So I keep walking. No matter how this gain the future looks, I just keep walking. So I think that's how I sail through my troubled times
