No, I use tinfoil in the oven. Works just fine. One of the myths of possessions and life. This is a quote from Charles Spurgeon. You say, if I had a little more, I should be very satisfied. You make a mistake if you're not content with what you have. You would not be satisfied if it were doubled. And I really relate to that. We always think more. More is better. If I have more income, I'd be happier

And it's a conversation that I've been watching in both realms, and it's a lot of cognitive dissonance for me. So when I saw the title of your Swell, I went right in to sort of see what my reaction would be, and it definitely caught me. It caught me in my throat. I was like, wow, can I participate in this without bringing up the irony of close to a billion people who can't have the basics?

He would just hold on to stuff and hold on to stuff and hold on to stuff, and that's one thing I had to break out of. I'm like, look, if I have not used this or even thought about it in the last six months to a year, then I don't want it. I don't want it, obviously. And so I'm going to throw it out. I'm not going to keep moving it around my house

This is random, but I want you to know, if you go out in nature and you touch a tree, you can literally put your hands on the tree trunk and ask the tree to take away the aches and pains, list them, whatever they are. And it's not like immediate, okay? So don't think that you're going to be like, whoa, all of a sudden, I'm totally pain free

So I'm getting rid of all this stuff, and I'm hoping I'm sitting here at this yard sale, and I see three of the big items from my ex wife that I was really attached to. But I agree with you. I need to release some of that energy, that negative energy. So thank you
