If I could ask for something I'd ask that my two daughters learn the reasons why I do what I do quicker than I learned things from my father. There's a question that kids ask all the time why do we have to do this? Sometimes by the time that gets figured out, it's too late. So put your slippers on and have a piece of whole wheat toast. Hey, James, I really appreciated the little journey you took us on. The stubbed toe hurt my toe when I just listened to it. And the white flower, I mean, these are things that his gut knew. We hear stories of old wives, tales that become the thing that someone made a million bucks on by making a TV show about it

You. Hi, Deborah, and thank you so much for the feedback on the article, bare feet and white flower. I am now, believe it or not, almost 69 years old. And last January, I had a quadruple bypass. Interestingly enough, there was another thing that my father told me, which I'm going to share because I have about 180 of these packed into a book called Monologues. And that was don't stop exercising
