Don't kill off who you are and think that you must be the opposite sex just because you don't adhere to a stereotype that has been imprinted on our brains through decades and centuries of socialization. Stand up and be proud for who you are. And also you're killing off homosexuality if you think, well, I must therefore be the opposite sex if I feel attracted to people of the same sex and I behave in a more masculine way

So I saw trans men loving their woman they were in love with when they were women, and I saw trans women loving the men that they loved before when they were men. And it made sense to me. But now it's much more expansive and much more explored. And what you're asking is, are we confusing the agendas? When I say agenda, I use that with the sense of like, we all just want freedom. We want freedom to be who we are

It is so kind of complicated and confusing and actually, frankly, quite sad to me to see some of these youthful people just in so much flux with who their bodies are and how their bodies are and what their bodies are anyway. So that's my thinking

Where boss babe or girl boss, these were words of power where women would claim whatever they define as their power and celebrate it. And now it has become an insult of sorts because influencers took that term and ran with it. Instead of talking about equal pay, it became about freeing the nipple on Instagram. And it's like, what is wrong with these people, right? But then this is sadly phenomena that is hitting every single group, marginalized group in the world

And these are people who are on campuses in the United States, on campuses in the UK, canceling feminists, who are coming up and trying to stand up for women's rights against this wave of transgenderism, which is saying that men should be allowed to access women's toilets, however they identify as women, whether they have transitioned or not

Where through particularly gender affirmation clinics and health care in certain western societies, particularly in north America now, where young people are being basically told, well, you must be trans because their behavior goes against the heteronormative ones that we are socialized to believe. If you're a real man, if you're a real straight man or you're a real straight woman, you must behave in this certain way

I think that's really important for young people to be able to explore themselves in many ways and to be able to talk about it. But we are all part of this planet, and I think we all need to be able to have a say and talk about what's going on. And like you, I do worry that too many young people are going down a path which they may regret in the future. I mean, there's nothing new about that
