flex a little bit. Take some pictures. Compare them as you go. I feel like that's one of the best ways to do it because you can see firsthand. Like I said with the journal, the journal is all good, but the problem with that is you. Like I said, we'll train on a Tuesday. You'll do, let's say back on a Tuesday. Next Tuesday is not going to work out the same because your diet may have been tweaked a little bit

And I know for me, personally, once I get demotivated, it's really hard to get back in that motivated gear again. And so the thing I like about the things that you suggested and recommended is I feel like the way to stay with the momentum instead of working against the current of momentum. But it has so much power over people, and it blows my mind. It really does. It blows me away. And women, I agree with you 100% have had it a lot worse. But thankfully, times are changing. People are starting to realize that skinny doesn't equal healthy. It just doesn't. I have some friends who are on the overweight side. I would never tell that to them or face because I have respect for them, but they're on the overweight side

And you got to understand that working out and getting healthy is a marathon. So if you don't have that mindset going in, you tend to kind of lose interest in it. Let's be honest, we're kind of a society of what have you done for me lately? You want it now and I get it. I'm kind of the same way with certain things. When I want a job done at work, I expect it to be done with the gym. It's a marathon
