Get on the treadmill, you do about five minute warm up, get the legs, get the blood going. That's what I generally like doing before I start running. What I'll do from there is I will turn the speed up and I will set intervals. So what I'll do is I'll run and this could be a good solid, I'm not going to say a dead sprint, but a fast moving run for about half a minute to a minute, just solid
