Proper footwear for an enjoyable gym trip March 23rd 2023

I've had a couple of pair. Now, the most recent pair I had, I want to say, is the Nike Metcon Six. Very comfortable shoe. I like the way the side strap, the straps, kind of strap your foot in the side saddles, I should say, kind of strap your foot in it's. Very flat shoe. It's a very flat shoe. I prefer it. I like how wide it is because I have rather wide feet

So I have a couple of different brands that I alternate between mean for various different things, whether I'm hiking or going walking around the city or if I'm going to the gym. But I find that and I have incredibly high arches. But the zero arch support still doesn't cause me pain. Not nearly as much pain as a narrow shoe or a shoe that I used to wear that had a lot of arch support, believe it or not. I feel like my feet are just getting stronger

Didn't realize it, but it makes a world of difference having the proper footwear for each activity you're doing. It makes a huge difference. And it's always a support you got to look at too, because a lot of people will buy things because of what's trendy, what's looking cool, but at the end of the day, if it's not supporting your feet and you do not feel good in them, it's just a waste of money, in my opinion
