Gainz Some Knowledge. My split M-Sun. 3/31/23

I know I'm not getting too technical with the terms right now, but a lot of lat work, not so much a lot of strength training as opposed to more of just kind of defining the back. Wednesdays will be a cardio day. I'll do strictly cardio. So I will go in same time in the morning, same routine. I'll go in, do about an hour of running
