I had to look at myself and acknowledge what wasn't working and what standards I was living by, what morals, what code of ethics, and giving myself the understanding that it's okay, that I'm not pleased with that, without any blame, without any shame or ridicule. It took courage for me to understand that that is love and appreciation of myself because I was never taught that

Hey, well said. Well said. I love the multifaceted approach to this of courage and the deep dive into oneself and acceptance of all that you are and all that you are becoming because of the process of acceptance and courage. It's this beautiful play that gives way to this realization that we're not a victim to our experience, that we are co creating it every step of the way, even when it wasn't easy before we knew it was us

So to my surprise, when I tune in today and I saw, hey, someone responded to one of my notes, so I thought that was super cool. And then I hear this gentle, earthy voice that you carry and lots of empathy and was very endearing to hear. Because sometimes when you have a share, it's cool that it's just your share. It's okay that someone else may not get it. It may not be for anyone. Maybe it's just cathartic to release
