Kareem. Hello from Israel. Ramadama is in full swing here and I wanted to thank you for all your reflections. And this one in particular. The call for patience, the call for acknowledgment of growth, which is so important, and the call for individuation. And for us to celebrate each other's differences and also kind of not just celebrate, but behold and be part of and kind of shepherd each other into every stage that is growth and living

That was really grounding for me because I've been struggling with being merciful with myself, having patience with myself, so so I've gone through a transition of sorts. Myself being an empty nester for the first time in my life. It's just me. Sold my house downgraded to an apartment. Well, I don't look at it as a downgrade. I actually think look at it as an upgrade because it's less stress for me
