You. Hello again. It has been a minute. I'm so glad to be back, and I love this prompt. The prompt is what helps me get through troubled times. And for a long time, I didn't have the tools to get through troubled times. And troubled times felt like the end of the world. Old and troubled times felt like there was never going to be better times. But then I found Kundalini yoga about six years ago

Hey, nice to hear your voice and thank you for replying to this prompt. And it's been so interesting to hear people's thoughts about how they get through times that are rough and people bend towards this incredible, you know, reserve and resource that is yoga and meditation. And Kundalini particularly, is so ancient and has so many physiological connections to the mind. Mind. It's the body of the spirit and it's ancient and that helps

And so when I was in my accident, my spine was already compromised and it hurt really bad. But I'm thinking that if I work with this yoga that you're talking about with it, having star at that point and working out from there, that might be exactly what I need. So thank you, Audrey, for putting this out there. I'm totally going to look into this, and it's certainly not going to hurt anything, and it sure might help. So thanks so much
