And I have read plenty of times, I've read articles that say if you keep thinking so much about all the pain of your path, then you're purposefully hurting your own feelings. And believe me, I don't want to do that. But it's like my mind keeps going back to it

But it's like those same people who have said that to me are the ones that have left. So I feel like there is no real trust in people that they're going to stay. There's never going to be any inevitability. And it's even like, that's kind of what I even think. Even with marriage, a lot of times that doesn't matter if people enter a contract, you could always break it

So keep them in a safe space where no one's going to bother them, where they're not going to blow out, where they can be just free to burn as much as they need. And once the candles have completely burned themselves to the ground or to the bottom, whatever you want to call it. Then you can say that you're setting the energy free and you'll notice as they're burning down, one of them will burn faster
I don't know if it would help to refocus your thought, if possible, and just to enjoy the moment and enjoy however long it lasts, because people are always brought into our lives for a reason, no matter how long it might be. So maybe that would help. I don't know. But I do know for me, I actually do limit access to who does and doesn't have access to me, and I do that on purpose
And so as I was listening to you, I'm like, yeah, you know, I have done that and it's been part of my life journey, so I definitely like that and I'm definitely going to take to heart what you have to say. I really, really appreciate it. Thanks for all you do. Bye
