And so I prefer music that's either motivating, fun, peppy and old Hindi songs from the is my go to music. I'm probably an old lady from inside because I love listening to old songs and these days, no surprise, I am absolutely hating listening to romantic songs. I just cannot stand those songs anymore. Anyhow, I'm sure you agree with me, I'm sure so many of you have the same tendency

And just to share your thought of there's nothing like Old Lady or Young Lady. I think it's fun to listen to songs which had a lot of meaning. I think the songs which were shot earlier had more in depth meaning today, if you take the songs there's at times no meaning at all. It's just that coining of words and some loud numbers

Hey, Ash, you're absolutely right. You know, recently I heard someone who shared with me that if you want to raise your vibrations, listen to those groovy and peppy songs. And you can dance to those songs if you want to, because it will instantly raise your vibration

So sometimes whatever we listen, whatever we hear continuously make a lot of difference. I too agree. So this is something which is relatable to everyone perfectly. Thank you

Hi, ash. Totally resonated. And I agree that, you know, music is such an amazing therapy, and it has, like, that personal connect with each one. So it's very emotional, you know, because it invokes evokes a wide range of emotions within us. So it helps you tap into your emotions in a way that probably other art forms cannot. And I think it's that kind of I hope you agree that it's a form of communication

You. Hi, thank you for inviting me to this. Swell. Yeah, interesting topic, but not a new one for me. I've been part of this as well and yes, I at times consciously try to over listen some songs which I find pretty meaningful from my experience and I can relate to it. So I like to hear it over and over and I do it bito but I read about this somewhere. It is called Earworm or stuck song syndrome

Hi. Smita. It was good to learn a new word in my case, earworm. And you added up saying harvard has done some research on it, so for its advantages and not so many advantages, part of it. So I would probably google it or check it out and see what is that they're talking about. Hopefully it should be fun and reading that too. Nice to learn something today, though. The kind of sequence which you shared is really nice

You the magical loop of musical delight. We've all been there. I keep listening to the same songs again and again and I don't find it boring. In fact, the more you listen, the more you discover. So that is how I feel. And and there is no rulebook that says you can't listen to it again and again. Correct. If it makes you happy and adds a little extra sunshine to your day, then just go ahead and rock that rip it button

So with you on, that music heals the soul and it acts as a therapy, I would say. But even that's true, that once you start listening to one song on loop every day, each and every day, again and again, there's a point of time where it comes you don't want to listen to that song
