Follow your passion Scam

article image placeholderUploaded by @arushipatkey
I've seen miserable artists that monetize their passion and incredibly happy nine to five years that are artists in their free time. Like me, it's so do you do what you love whenever you can, however you can. And let me know if you can relate to this

Yes, definitely. If the money is very important, if the job nine to five is giving me the money for me, the first is the job and then my passion. Otherwise the life can't balance, not live without money. It's very important to have a balanced life, both professional as well as our passion

Capital

I think it's very important to have a capital if you want to follow your passion. Otherwise you will have to do a nine to five job up, gain some capital and then switch to your passion. I have seen most of the cases where this is how it applies

Yeah, I agree with you. The Follow The Passion is literally. You can actually call it a scam like I've mentioned in the title, but it definitely needs a lot of patience and perseverance and to play a little bit safe and to not have a lot of stress in life. It's better to monetize what pays you well

Yup agree completely agree. If you have like a money backup to fall on, you can take a little bit of risk, but otherwise it's going to be really difficult

I appreciate this swell! @arushipatkey

So therefore the things that I want to do right now I really can't do, I do have to go to my job. I do have to not forgo my passion, but you're very good. Point. Sorry, it's a plane going by. And also encouraging point is do what you can in the way that you can do it, even if it's incrementally even a small steps, not giving up on it. But recognizing your circumstances. I think this is really good

Hi Han, I'm glad you could relate to this. And this is something that I've been preaching myself as well. So I thought, why not share it with the audience? And I hope you have a great Monday. It's like Start of the week. Have a great week. Go ahead. Bye

I really love the swell. And I'm really grateful that someone also shares the same perspective of this. Yeah. Follow your passion is a scam until you really understand it. So what I was thinking is that you said that. So we should first decide what kind of a life we lead. So if I'm wanting a life with financial stability, a house, a car, a good family, nine to five job, then I should follow that. I should work hard to get to that

So it's also become much easier to hold down a day gig, keep a roof over your head and then make any art you want to. And the beauty in this is I don't need to make money from the art. Of course it would be nice, but that's also not a requirement. And I really pity the people who have to make art that can be quickly and easily monetized, because quite honestly, I think that's the most boring stuff to make

Wow. I'm so glad you agree with this. And when you put into words, I could completely 100% feel how we can convert our passion into something that we really like, like a stress Buster. And I have to given a choice

Hi, Marco. I hope I'm pronouncing your name. Right? Of course. Coming across you for the first time. It's so good to hear from you. And I'm glad you completely relate to this. And listening to a lot of replies made me you realize that this concept works. I mean, having a day job and following your passion isn't wrong. Now call it a nine to five or just call it a day job, which makes a lot of sense

Hobbies

I don't know. And also that wanting to monetize your passion kind of takes away from the passion, and it makes it a job. And it's something you have to do, especially if your lifestyle is dependent on that passion. And that could put a lot of pressure on making things or doing things and that it becomes an obligation so that I can see a reason why not wanting your job necessarily to be your passion

Hey, Lisa, listening to you for the first time. Glad you kind of agree with this, that it's okay to not monetize your passion, looking forward to hearing your spells as well. And hope you have a great day. It's
