My cycling misadventure or the risk of secondary injuries

Also, when you've been lifting everything and things like that, it tends to happen. But this was purely a result of the bicycle ride. So my cycling adventure and kind of rehab back from my ankle injury turned into a secondary injury. And now I am kind of resting maybe for the next week or two weeks until my back becomes better

And even if it's just like just simple arm weights, sitting in a chair, lots of yoga and keeping everything going so that you don't feel sedentary because you're resting because the dark side of resting is everything kind of feels blessed and it's really hard to feel the endorphins moving through your body. But it's interesting. There's a lot of people on this platform that have been talking about the regimen of health and different ways to keep yourself going
