Give them some cold medicine. Even if they came to the doctor thinking they had something more serious and it turned out to be just a cold, give them some medicine. Don't just say, oh, you just have a cold, you're good to go. Go out on the street. We don't care about you because we're not getting paid huge. Whatever it is or whatever it is that's going on, you're still getting paid to treat a patient

And I feel like this is just important to tell these stories and to give time to express the frustration, because that in itself is a healing experience for sure. So, to that end, I'm really glad you had time here together
