Andrea, every time you talk, I feel such a charge because you are somebody who has such a broad scope of what has been going on, what's going on now, what needs to happen and what needs to change. This particular take on building up the, this critical mass, I would say, of women leaders is fantastic

Yes! We need more people to take the microphone and get louder about their climate insights and wisdom.

Maybe that's the executive director, maybe that's a spokesperson. Who knows? But we can't leave it up to organizational communications. It's about a human being, an individual being in this conversation and raising their voice. And that's exactly what you're talking about.
