Millions of people are fed each day by prison systems and in the hospital industry. And wouldn't it be interesting, and maybe there are studies to show whether or not there's even a switch, percentage wise, a different kind of food pyramid that changes the way food is supplied, served, supplied, particularly in the hospital world. I always find it fascinating how imbalanced the meals are

I want to build community and kind of represent as a collective that there is leadership in food waste, addressing food waste, and there is leadership in plant based and all of these solutions to this ridiculous big AG situation that's going on. Those are organizations that are doing also amazing things in institutional and corporate food policy shifts and highly recommend it.
