Smile your way to a Better Day: Part 2

article image placeholderUploaded by @yourbetterdays
See if you can sit for five to ten minutes and feel this smile start to move into your organs, your tissue, bringing the state of the body into a beautiful place of relaxation. When you feel ready, you can start to flutter. The eyelids open just before you open them. See if you can increase the smile and bring it into the room, into the present, into your day. After the meditation, take note of how you feel with no attachment to whether it was good or not

Mediations and exercises to help you cultivate a grin for a win #smile

Oh, I love these. These were such great and fun ideas. Thank you for sharing. And, yeah, I remember learning in psychology classes and college how smiling, even if it's a forced mile, actually does end up changing, like, your neurochemistry in the moment and, you know, convince you that you're happy even if you're not. So I think smiling your way to a better day makes perfect sense
