Days are hard, but what that could do to just smile at someone and how that can make them feel. But I also know that I appreciate that you mentioned like that not smiling and how a lot of women are told like, oh, where's your smile? I've had that happen to me when I've been working customer service and it's just yeah, so frustrating. But I appreciated that you added that balance of that as well. So thanks for sharing this
