And in 2021, I left my job to preserve my mental health. And in 2022, I started my own business and thought, well, now that I'm not under all of this pressure and this stress and I'm not working 60 to 70 hours a week, things should go much smoother. And what I discovered is I was still making the same mistakes, and I couldn't quite understand why. I've always been very good at editing other people's writing, editing my own writing

Hey, April. Thank you for sharing. It is really a fascinating journey. I think when we delve into our mental health and sometimes we do so by choice, sometimes we do so by circumstance. But I think it always helps us to know each other, to know ourselves. Sorry. Better. I'm excited to hear more about the executive function and what you were talking about. I wanted to ask how you felt when you got the diagnosis
