Not White enough! Not Black enough! The color of my skin didn’t allow me be to be accepted nor fit in..

So I hopped on down, saw the big Rexall sign saying Rexall, walked on in, took a seat on the aluminum red leather top stool, and I sat there and waited for the counterperson to come in, who was also the pharmacist of the store. Well, he never came. But to my left there said a lady, an older, middle aged white lady sitting and eating her ice cream on the same stool next to my left

Thank you so much for this swell. It was so amazing to hear firsthand how colorism really plagues the black community. We have long been divided by skin tone, and it's such a shame that lighter skinned black people who have a finer gray, made of hair and maybe lighter eyes are not viewed as black enough. You. Hello and good morning. I just want to say, first off, you have a wonderful storytelling voice. I really enjoyed your voice. I can picture you doing some audio reading, and I think that if you haven't, you should look into that because your voice was very comforting and I looked forward to what you had to say

You first. I just want to say that I'm so sorry that you had to go through that. Thank you for sharing your story. My son is biracial, and he is much paler than his daddy. He has red hair and blue eyes and part of his family. Their skin colors vary, but he still has to deal with colorism, and I hate that
