I don't have, like, a big major, like, hey, this is my 2024 New year's resolution. My whole thing is just forming better habits, and that's it. And, like, making that a lifestyle and being very intentional about my time and how I use my time in making the most of my time
But I definitely don't work in a profession where I have to have my pants ironed or anything looking super crisp, you know, so that's a benefit, but I think it's cool if that helps you. There's billionaires in the world who wear the same shirts, shoes, and everything, day in, day out
Thank you for sharing. I'm definitely going to look more into cognitive decision making and seeing how I can apply that to other areas of my life.
