That's what people keep forgetting. Like, yeah, we couldn't do nothing about it growing up, but you can do something about it now. So now it's your responsibility as an adult to fix things that you know are affecting your life

But there comes a point in adulthood, if you want to be an adult, that you can choose what to do with all this history and all this information and how to digest it so it doesn't hurt you and it doesn't hurt other people, and you can grow from it and you can develop yourself into the person that you want to be. But it's hard. I'm understanding of that
