Change Is Challenging
365 days and you damn near 40 years old you know what I'm saying? That's a lot of fucking shit that you've endured. Came through. Sometimes we'd be so busy trying to get to the next phase or the next day, we never stop and give ourselves gratitude or grace or just pat ourselves on the back for what we already have done. And that's what keeps you grateful for what you have
