I think beaches should be free. Hawaii, they are. Some of Florida. They are. Rhode island? No. Hence, people are just trying to get on the beach. But second I observed is the people from other states that they need a pass to get on are going to try their best to say, oh, we haven't renewed it yet. Am I being a badass or am I just doing my job?
