Slow it down

And it's just back it up one step at a time and you realize, yodi, I need to definitely slow down. Sometimes everything gets overwhelming sometimes. And this is like, hold on. Well, when you break it down into chunks, parts into parts, and the parts, instead of taking on the whole picture at once, it actually becomes quite sustainable and easy to digest or daze. Going through therapy and stuff

And I'm in therapy right now, and my therapist is always highlighting that, like, whenever she catches me doing it, like, just just allow yourself to think. Give yourself the grace of of a little pause to to yeah, slow it down and and factor in more than just the the reactive side of you
