And I feel like once people learn to apologize and normalize it more, especially at work and making a mistake, I feel like a lot of things will go alongside smoothers

I'm okay to apologize, but I think making the amendment, it's like, you really have to kind of connect with the people that were hurt in the process, and yeah, that's always super hard for me. I it. But I think this is, like, such a great step by step breakdown on how to recover, because I've never really learned how to do that, so I appreciate the posts
