Welcome, Rina. Thank you so much for taking the time to talk to us here on Swell. My first question to you is from being a woman leader in tech incubating businesses, setting up centers of excellence and innovation, fostering a culture of entrepreneurship in organizations, your journey has been phenomenal. What would you define as the turning points that defined your growth and transition into a leader?

#thoughtleadership #innovation #intrapraneurship #mindfullness

And I initially questioned as to this was the right thing for me to do. Eventually I started looking into it and it sort of set me on a journey of appearing into my own thinking a little deeper and understanding how I worked and which was the first step to being an aware leader. When I look back at it, I realized that that was the first step of my self awareness as a leader and I'm so thankful to the person who initiated me into this space

Beautiful. When you feel uncomfortable, you are on your next journey to growth. That's wonderfully said. Thank you so much for sharing these very important phases from your professional journey. My second question is you spoke of how success is not one or the other but is about internal fulfillment. What has helped you put this approach into practice in own life?

In yet other cases, people would be driven by a desire to do good in the society and they measure their success by how many lives they are able to touch. There are yet other people who could for whom the definition of success could be to be able to bring up kind and considerate children as the next generation citizens of this planet. So the definition of success is not ubiquitous. It is very unique and very closely tied down to each individual

Thank you for that response. Become the CEO of your life. I love this perspective that you shared in an article you wrote. Could you please elaborate on this for the benefit of listeners? On swell

And that gets into a much finer understanding about yourself and what drives you. It gives you a better understanding of the environment. It helps you build more empathy. And as somebody who's from the tech industry been working with computing a lot, I like to say that this brings more clarity to you about your own operating system and the algorithms in your brain. Just like you don't want systems to surprise you, you do not want to be surprised by your own reactions at anything

@Wordsmith

Focusing on investor awareness sessions so that people can understand the slightly less understood area and look at the kind of timelines that are associated with investing in quantum and so on. And we're also partnering with Accelerators and incubators for quantum focus startups. So any aspect of the startup ecosystem that can help us boost quantum startups in India, that's our focus. We are also focusing on collaboration with other countries

And it's always said that you need to come out of your comfort zone to grow in life. Have new experiences, face new challenges, fall and then get up, dust yourself and try again. Try harder. Don't be upset, don't think negative. If one thing doesn't work, second will work, third will work. So I'm so happy that I got to hear you, Ma'am. And I wish you all the best for the future in all your interviews. Take care
