My second question is, what, in your opinion, are the top five attributes that a leader must possess to navigate the choppy waters in today's world?

My third and last question is what is your leadership style and how would you like your team members to remember you?

However, how they are executed is what makes the difference. Is the leader taking the efforts to set time off to communicate or meet the impact of people? Is the communication being done with transparency and empathy? Is the impacted person being heard? Is there a support system post exit which makes the impacted person feel cared for? In my opinion, small but intentional efforts taken by the leader is what makes all the difference

Number one, I would say, is selfawareness. This helps bring about an immense amount of clarity and also helps one to be open to different perspectives. Our number two attribute, I would say is agility and adaptability. Number three, I'd say, is compassion. This leadership attribute helps create a very important and much needed environment of psychology eligible safety. Number four, I'd say, is decisiveness with accountability. And the number five attribute, I'd say, is authenticity and resilience

As to how I'd like my team members to remember me, I'd say I'd like to be remembered as someone who helped them to unleash their inherent potential and inspire them to bring out the best version of themselves
