We didn't even have anyone in house with that skill set and would probably take a few months to hire someone. My leadership team told me to come back with a few suggestions. Well, I had two choices to make. The first, which is the easiest one, come back to India and lose the engagement. The second one is to stay there and do everything to help my client and have my employer on a reputation. The next few weeks were my most difficult phase

My leadership style? Well, I don't think I have one. I just love to be part of the team. I sit with them, I go out with them. I'm just another employee with a fancy title, which doesn't really excite me from an organization standpoint. We follow a flat hierarchy where everyone can reach every other employee irrespective of their title and experience. When I hire a senior person, I always tell not to impress me, but the team

My first biggest learning is never give up the second one rejection is the biggest motivation if taken in the right spirit. The third and the most important is to keep it simple. Both the dreams and the targets. The journey is not easy. So when you get tired, demotivated, exhausted, always remind yourself why you started this. You will feel better and probably you would find the lost reason
