Sometimes events in our past can trigger it. It's possible to learn how to calm anxiety. Talk to someone you trust. You don't have to deal with your anxieties alone. Remind yourself that you're safe and take a break. Listen to music or fund podcast, shut off your phone or take a cat nap.
