In her second offering, she's a veteran and writes about battle and the tragedies and the traumas. I am currently working on her second book cover and I'm real curious what else is out there as far as people that are digital artists, visual artists, how they go about their stuff. I will be discussing how I go about mine. First, I'd like to say that let's run down my gear and what apps and whatnot I use to create digital art

But, yeah, I've always used the Adobe suite, and I use a Mac as well. So I'm sure we can chat about that in the future. But I love this. I loved getting a bit of a sense of what your journey as an artist has been. And, yeah, I think it's really nice when you have all these different interests, because I feel like they inform each other and they make your work richer
I really suck at playing instruments. I try, but I used to be a singer in a band, and we had a couple of original songs, but it was mostly just early 2000s punk rock covers all of the time. So I appreciate that. You're a fellow musician. You're also from the Midwest, which is incredible. It's nice to know people who are kind of from the same region

So when I really put my mind to it, I can create good writings and I've done short stories and stuff like that throughout time, but it's something I wish I could focus on. And right now I am doing a book cover for an army vet and she's her second offering and we're close to having it right where she wants it. We're down to the font, so the imagery is there. I don't draw. I wish I could draw

So it all stems from early childhood, falling in love with music and then moving over. I wish I could draw. I'm not a jealous person, but boy, I do sure envy the people that can just take images out of their mind and through their hands just create these beautiful pieces of art
