You say skills that transition into career based, but that's experience. Now, we say in education, where the top of the list is master's in healthcare administration. Underneath that is a bachelor's in human development with a concentrate on women's studies. Then the bottom of that, you have two associate degrees, one being social and behavioral sciences, and another being psychology. Right. So when you look at that lifestyle, right. You say education.
