Let's talk about emotional capital. Now, that one is a big one with me. Very much so. You kind of get to a point in your life where you have to let all the baggage go. And I mean, the day to day stuff that we see on Facebook and the Twitter and the Internet and all of that, the stuff that will allow us to get wound up over things that we cannot control and quite honestly, there's nothing we can do about it
