At what point does a parent stop taking care of their children?

The question that I basically have is at what point do parents stop or not stop, but at what point do you, as a parent, step back and allow your children to find their own way? I do know some people close and in my family as well, that have children that are into their mid 20s, early to mid twenty s now. And for me personally, I honestly believe, like, you're always going to be a parent. You're always going to be for your children

From my assessment, there are some things that I reflect on each stage of his life where I think, oh, I could have done that differently. Let me try to rewrite as much as I can in this next phase some of the things that I missed. And so here's my perspective. I want to see my child thrive and survive while I am well and able body and in my right mind and still present on this side of the world

Um, it I'm not exactly sure. I'm kind of thinking, is that something personal on the parents end, or is that something that's still within the child's end? I guess that's kind of my question is

You're not going to be able to help your child whenever you have children, be able to do these things because you don't have the tools and the resources to show that this is how it's supposed to work when parenting in the parenting in a healthy family dynamic. So no, parenting is never done, but there are boundaries, there are limitations, and there are levels to it. So just keep that in mind when it comes to things like that

And that's kind of where for me not enabling your child, yes, being there to pick them up. Another example would be is if my child had lived on his own for so long and things didn't work out and everything fell apart and he just needed a place of reprieve to get his feet back on the ground. More than welcome. I would totally welcome you in, help take care of you, help you get back on your feet and encourage all of that
