30 seconds to calm - BREATHE WITH ME 💖

Hello everybody. I hope you are having a wonderful day. I wanted to invite you all to this quick practice bringing awareness into your breath and into your body and just allowing yourself to be present in this moment and grounding yourself wherever you are in this world. Just allowing yourself to receive as we breathe together. Our breath is a beautiful thing when we feel stressed and anxious. Just allowing yourself to bring conscious attention to it and being intentional about being in this moment. Just present and grounded as we begin

Because we were so tired, our company made us work, like, 16 hours, man, just to get that certification of Voice and Drama. It was amazing. It was amazing. But we look forward to this, because that was the only time that was the only time maybe just doze off

Thank you both so much for sharing and letting me know that it was helpful to be reminded to bring ourselves back to our breath when we feel stressed and anxious. I'm actually going to be holding additional breathwork sessions for those who are interested in and just driving a little bit deeper and reconnecting with themselves. These are personal one on one sessions, completely free, just wanting to share the love and support that's so much needed in this world right now
