These unexpressed emotions are certain thoughts and feelings which have registered towards now, first thing you can do is to release these thoughts and emotion at a safe place. By safe place, I mean to somebody you can speak to some friend who is unbiased who can just listen to you. Second thing what you can do for unexpressed emotion to let it out is let it out through your body. There are different forms of expression. Even opening your body is a form of expression

Thank you palavi, for your insight about the unexpressed emotion. I want to ask next is about the sleep disorder. I think it is becoming very common among all the age group. Even I've seen as young as kids in class 10th or 11th, even they are facing these problems. So what do you think are the reason behind it? And what are the ways or tips that you want to give to our listener to improve this sleep disorder?

Hi, palavimam. So I think this is a very great topic, but upon and with the onset of this topic, I really want to raise this question as to what do you think is the difference between daily anxiety and the anxiety that needs to be diagnosed and looked into? What do you think really? What are the parameters that really set them apart and what are the signs to look out for that shows that this kind of anxiety is going to come in between your daily tasks and routines

Hello, pallavi. Since we're talking about unexpressed emotions, I also do deal with that and my coping mechanism with them is basically punching bags and all like using a punching bag, throwing some punches, kicks and all it really helps me. But I wanted to ask you that such methods, will they increase aggression? Like, is this coping mechanism alright or not?

Sleep disorder is very common in every age group. We need to understand sleep disorder in terms of let's understand what's happened when you use a machine for a longer time. Suppose talk about any machine. Talk about your phone. When you are running your phone all day long and sometimes you are doing lot of activities on your phone itself, you will get a message popping up saying that your phone or your mobile is heated up, please switch it off for some time. Something like that, right?

You. Thank you, pallavi. About the sleep disorder. So the last thing that I want to ask is can you just throw some insight about the different points or things that we need to consider when we talk about mental health and how can we better take care of our mental health? The generic points that you face in every day life with your client or during your consultation, you can just let us know about that

That is where you are taking care of your daily maybe daily you are taking care of your mental health. You are getting into anxiety state. But when you ignore it, sometimes what happens? We are in continuous stress right now. Stress is not bad. A certain amount of stress we require. A certain amount of pressure we require to work creatively now to understand that that threshold is different for different people. Now, if you understand that, okay, now this is going beyond my threshold, right?

@cherrygupta

You. Thanks. Cherry. Very good question. Yes. See, when it's about punching bags, it's a way out of letting your unexpressed emotions. But now talk about awareness. Now get into the state of awareness. State of awareness where you have to understand that when I'm punching those bags or I'm kicking I'm using any physical activity to let go of that expressed emotion. What is the mental thought I am into? Am I rehearsing those emotions?

@coach_pallavi

Thank you so much. Palavimam that was really, really insightful. And that really cleared up the difference between what a diagonizable anxiety is and what everyday anxiety is. And on the onset of you saying that upon ignoring how our mind and body feels, at a certain point, we often make our body adaptable to that situation, to that mind, that state of mind

And that is where you understand that oh, I need to understand, I need to learn certain techniques so that I move out of this state. So that is mental health and that is where everybody needs to take care of it. How can you take care of it? First thing is about understanding that there should be awareness. Sometimes people are not even aware and there's no acceptance. They would get into angry state, they would readily be always maybe shouting or getting into shell

But if the same language does not disturb you, you are unable to take out meaning, right? So it does not make a difference because when I said URA deputes toidi, it did not make any meaning, any sense and that is where it did not make you feel anything. So we need to understand that whatever we are feeling, we are responsible for it. That is the crux of mental health. That whatever we are feeling, whatever state we are into, we are responsible for it

Hello pallavi. Ma'am. I am Kadam Ray Gupta. My question to you is that at times I feel very awkward or you know, uncomfortable in talking with people whom I know. But when there is a large gathering at times I feel very uncomfortable or even when I am told to recite any song or any poem I just don't feel like I just feel that I don't want to do it. Not that people are bad but just something which something holds me back

And I might be repeating myself, but if you get an answer for what is holding on to you, what is that something which is holding on to? Look, at which age were you? Which stage were you when that event happened which is now holding on to you? And just ask your inner child to grow up from that age and bring it to the present. Most of the time, our past is holding us so tight that we are unable to go. We are in fear

They might think that okay, out of sleep this girl is doing something like that. I used to feel very bad and I often have even till this age. Right now I'm 42. Until this age I have it sometimes. Like you know, when I fall asleep and I really feel to sleep nowadays because I don't know when if I'm supposed alone at home and this comes somebody knocks at the door

And grow that inner child to the present age. When that inner child is present age, accept that child as you do this process, it has amazing results. I can bet that you will be this whatever sleep disorder, whatever problem you have, you'll be able to get over it. But first, ask yourself when did I feel this way as I feel in sleep? And just let your subconscious bring you that event

And in case I get some answers for my question, like when you asked me to do the certain process. Right. So I'll try from today. Let me see. And then Sarah pie is there. That's it. Thank you, ma'am

Good evening, mom. And I would like to ask you about Freud and slips. So people who usually sleep talk or sleep walk and when they, you know, talk about something in their sleep, is it a Freudian slip? Is it something that they haven't been able to say? An emotion they have not been able to express?
