Triggers for low mood

Like seeing someone give you a low mood or just having a bad day at work give you a low mood or you are having a mood swing because of that looking at an old memory or an old picture which had some connection with some negative impact in your life? Do you agree with me that these things do have impact in your mood level on a daily basis? If yes, please respond to this well and let me know. How do you feel about it?

You. Mood swing is very common these days, especially because we all work in a very stressful environment, be it office or at home. And yes, it happens many a times. Even today, I was feeling very low. I don't know for what reason, because everything was going good in the office also. And even at home, I don't know whether I was not feeling good. That's why my mood was low today. But it happens

So if you really want to uplift your moon, any of you want to uplift your mood, especially Ankita, so you guys can go and see the delicacies of Delhi height, so you can find a great joy there. But yeah, I really appreciate your move and I really bolster your opinion about being in grumpy and a low mood or in a slow mood

I know he's very proud and very happy that you are actually now he's getting to know that how much you love him, but he really don't want to see you in any sort of pain, believe me. Believe me. Three or four years ago, one of my closest friend lost his father due to cancer and I was there with him. He cried in front of him many times and I consolidated all the emotions that I can able to provide him at that point of time

So my cope up mechanism is meditation, listening to music, writing it down, having cold coffee, or at times even talking about to it that yes, I don't feel like going out. If I don't feel like going out, I accept it. If I don't feel like meeting anyone, I accept it. It's not necessary, it's not mandatory. My self, what I am feeling, my feelings are my priority. That is very, very important

Hey Ankita, I completely agree with all the reasons and causes that you have listed for the mood swings. Because according to me, mood is something that depends upon the state of your mind, state of your heart, and also state of your soul. Like, for example, if I see a picture of someone who is not in this world or might not be a good friend of mine now, so it can trigger my mood. It can convert a good and happy sunshine day into a gloomy day

In today's stressful world. I believe that the mood swings and low mood are very common problems that every single person faces. And even if you are in a very bad mood and someone is even talking in front of you can be very irritating. Even someone being with you could be very irritating. I think this really happens. But I have one question. I mean, like, okay, this problem is very common, but what's the solution?

Hello, mom. Thank you for bringing it up. Triggers for low mood. As someone who's only studied psychology up to grade twelve and I keep bringing up our psychological tips, I don't know how accurate they are, but something which is psychologists who would have once suggested to me was that triggers for no mood are, you know, mean triggers a long mood
