Hello sana this side. So first of all, want to say I'm very much excited for this conversation today. Wanted to ask a question to Ms. Gunshan in advance. That we are taught to wake up early in the morning and do exercise in yoga at that time which is around 430 to 05:00 A.m.. So is there any logic behind it? Or like we are talking about connection between yoga and spirituality. So is it related to this somehow? If yes, then how?

Hi. Gonjan. I'm cherrygupta. So the concept of yoga, it really intrigues me. And I wanted to ask you that what are the benefits of yoga, apart from the physical benefits? Like, does it also impact our wellbeing, like, the mental well being, or does it also impact our body somehow other than physically? And my second question to you is that I play sports. A am a sports person. I play football

And the aspects, there are many aspects of yoga one can focus on, as I literally just said that. First of all, it is a physical practice. So you can focus on Asanas, which can increase your body awareness. It can enhance your overall physical well being. Secondly, it's also about breath awareness and there are several practices of meditation, mindfulness and alignment techniques. Techniques. And it also promotes inner awareness and introspection. As I said, it's all about your personal growth

Thank you, Gunjan, for your reply. So coming to the next thing these days, everyone is talking about spirituality. Everyone is like, I'm into spirituality. I'm doing this, I'm doing that. So what is spirituality as for you, like, what is in definition? Or how can we define the spirituality?

So why don't you just give it a try sometime, and you can just hit me up anywhere, and you can get a Tarot reading for yourself. So in this today, the day to day world, we are so busy in our lives, in our careers, in society and everything, that we hardly have any time to listen to our heart. So Tarot is such a simple way to just get the answers

You can just take out 15 minutes from your daily routine. And you can just sit with yourself, practice some pranayam, do some meditation, chant some mantras, or listen to Abhajan. And yeah, that's all housewife can practice. And the second thing in the practice of Asana, there are various practice for housewives. For example, there is a series of Pavan muktasana series

It is a time of satwickness positive energy. So waking up early in the morning has various, various health benefits. It allows for a peaceful start to the day and helps in setting a positive vibration for throughout the entire day

You know, even you can manage your sports life so peacefully. Coming to the second half of your question that you're a sports person and you're seeking the benefits of sports from yoga, there are actually more than that. Because as I am again saying that yoga is a mental, physical, social, emotional and a spiritual practice. Well, I will not say that yoga is a practice of muscle building as people do it in the gym. Yoga focuses on your mental health, okay?

You know, when someone is coming from an educational background of yoga, that person is going to be absolutely right for a yoga practice rather than practicing yoga on your own because you don't know on what pavtr you're walking and what is the next step that you should take. Right. Because everything has its own pros and cons and keeping it with yoga. Yoga has its own benefits and cons. So, yes, a yoga instructor is absolutely important for attending a yoga class. There's suffering that each and every human being goes through in life and in order to put an end to the suffering or even to try to put an end to that suffering is why I started doing yoga and I started to walk that path. I feel we all have our own unique journeys and we all are beautiful in our own ways
